A 6 week program designed to combat the effects of sitting at a desk all day to keep you supple, strong and improve your posture.

 

This program is ideal for people who travel a lot for business as the only equipment necessary is a resistance band.

BACK TO EXERCISE

Shelley has extensive experience working with clients who have been suffering with lower back pain, and over time has developed this program using a fusion of Pilates and Strength and Conditioning to strengthen the core, back and main supporting musculature to help reduce lower back pain.

 

This 9 week program was developed in conjunction with a chartered physiotherapist to ensure all exercises selected are safe and effective. It is a progressive program designed to build a strong foundation to help you get back to being pain free and doing what you love.

The ultimate progressive conditioning plan to strengthen your core and get you in tune with your body movements.

 

You cannot lift big off a weak foundation. That is a well known gym fact. With that in mind, this plan has been designed for both novices who would like to build a strong foundation before embarking on their first real lifting program, and for more experienced lifters to use in conjunction with their regular program to help them build a more solid core.

GRADUATE BACK CARE

Once you have completed the Back To Exercise program it's time to level up... and this is level 2.

 

This program contains the next 9 weeks of exercises progressing steadily, based around the same 6 exercises you will have become familiar with during the graduate program to really cement what you have learned and dial in the connection between you and your core.
