Terms and Conditions

Wild Dog Fitness will provide where applicable equipment associated with the course, all the exam papers and study books and where relevant any necessary hand-outs.

We will also provide you with the end of course examination if applicable and ask that you complete a course evaluation form.

 

In the unlikely event a learner fails their exam, and where necessary additional training is required Wild Dog Fitness reserve the right to charge an extra fee.

 

Qualified and competent persons will carry out all courses and assessments, all certificates and qualification held by the trainers can be produced and you are welcome to take copies of all certificates for your records.

 

Wild Dog Fitness will ensure all relevant paperwork and where applicable, publication will be provided. We will provide where applicable all qualified assessors. We will keep all appropriate paperwork for 7 years and will be subject to the Data Protection Act.

Please feel free to request our Data Protection Policy. If you wish to keep your own copies please feel free to copy any relevant for you.

 

Complaints and Appeals

 

As a candidate or the client booking onto a Wild Dog Fitness course you should expect a high standard of training provision and support. Wild Dog Fitness is committed to the principle of allowing any candidate who feels that they disagree with an assessment decision has the right to appeal. Wild Dog Fitness Appeals Procedure is as follows:

1. In the first instance, please tell the course trainer if you are unhappy with the level of training you have received.

2. Should your complaint/appeal not be resolved, please contact Wild Dog Fitness by email hello@wilddogfitness.co.uk or in writing to Wild Dog Fitness

3. Failing this you should contact the RLSS directly.

 

Payment Terms and Conditions

 

Please make sure any invoices are paid by the date stated on the invoice. In order for us to run courses at a reasonable cost and to ensure cancellations are kept to a minimum please see our cancellation policy below:

 

7 days before the start of the course             Full cost of the course

8+ days before the start of the course           50% of the course cost

 

In the unlikely event that we Wild Dog Fitness need to cancel a course (due to low number of learners/ trainer sickness) we aim to give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative. If a refund is required we aim to process this within 7 days.
